The CNRG behind Jim Buresch, art, real estate and development.

Discover Jim Buresch - a visionary artist, top producing realtor, a writer of non-fiction and a former journalist, IT Senior Project Manager for two Fortune 5 banks, as well as a relentless community organizer who is driven by a passion for creating thought-provoking, large-scale public art installations that inspire, connect, and uplift communities. With a diverse background spanning corporate America, the non-profit sector, and the arts, Jim brings a unique perspective and skillset to his creative endeavors.

At the heart of Jim's work lies a deep commitment to fostering meaningful connections and sparking conversations about the human experience. His upcoming Oceanic Symphony and Kinetic Art Installation is a testament to this vision, as it seeks to celebrate the beauty and resilience of our planet while raising awareness about pressing environmental issues.

Throughout his career, Jim has consistently pushed the boundaries of what is possible in public art. From creating a mile-and-a-half-long art installation for World AIDS Day, sponsored by Bank of America, the United Nations Association Tampa Chapter, and various community non-profits and cultural organizations in Tampa Bay, to draping a building overlooking a neighborhood in San Francisco, Jim's projects have left an indelible mark on the communities they serve.

In addition to his artistic pursuits, Jim has successfully created real estate businesses in Sarasota and Miami Beach, Florida with award winning production that consistently ranked Jim among the top producers for the downtown offices. Additionally, it was at two Fortune 5 banks that Jim’s dedication to getting the job done right first shown his brightness, overseeing network conversions during mergers and acquisitions, managing Wells Fargo’s Y2K Network Compliance project as well as financial services application development rollouts for US Bancorp. He has also demonstrated a deep commitment to social responsibility by organizing fundraisers for disaster relief, ongoing program support, and capital projects.

Looking ahead, Jim is currently planning two ambitious projects that reflect his ongoing commitment to using art as a catalyst for positive change. In 2026, he will bring Rev. Martin Luther King Jr.'s iconic "I Have a Dream" speech to life through a massive art installation, followed by the highly anticipated Oceanic Symphony and Kinetic Art Installation in 2028

Through his bold, in-your-face public art installations, Jim invites audiences to engage with his unique perspective on life, sparking conversations and encouraging individuals to reflect on their own experiences and beliefs. With each project, Jim strives to create a lasting impact, leaving a legacy of art that inspires, connects, and uplifts communities for generations to come by creating temporary massively scaled art installations from coast to coast.
